It’s that bizarre feeling of knowing you’ve been busy, but feeling like you’ve achieved nothing at all.</p>n<!–more–>n<p><strong>You’re not alone in your questioning. Remote time</h3>n<p>Managing remote workers can be a struggle for Project Managers who don’t have full clarity of what tasks are being completed in a given time frame. Checking up and managing communication takes time. Meetings</h3>n<p>Probably the biggest contributor to being constantly occupied, but not achieving much productivity, regular meetings take up a significant amount of business time.</p>n<p><strong>Did you know:</strong></p>n<ul>n<li><a href="https://www.themuse.com/advice/how-much-time-do-we-spend-in-meetings-hint-its-scary" target="_blank" rel="noopener">15% of an organisation’s collective time</a> is spent in meetings, a percentage that has increased every year since 2008.</li>n</ul>n<h3>4. Task Management</h3>n<p>Juggling difficult-to-manage workloads and employee’s tasks is a big undertaking and can consume a lot of your week.
